Time flies. I can't. They're too fast! (As in... get out your stopwatch and time a fly...) Note: "I can't, they're too fast." or "I can't; they're too fast." would also be correct.

I am a protector.
I sit on a bridge.
One person can see right through me,
while others wonder what I hide.

sunglasses

i have one, you have one.
if you remove the first letter, a bit remains.
if you remove the second, bit still remains.
after much trying, you might be able to remove the third one also, but it remains.
it dies hard!

The boy was the officer's son.

Take away his credit card.

You're alone in a house, it is empty except for a grand piano. All the doors & windows are closed & locked; there are no other entries or exits. How can you safely exit without causing destruction?

Unlock the door and leave?

A dragon's riddle:D Think WAAAAY outside the box! I answered it by accident!

"My cousin Longtooth says he's stumped over 100 creatures with his riddles.
My aunt thinks he's blowing smoke.
I think he's stumped at least one.
If only one of us can be right then how many has he stumped?":confused: :confused: :confused:

How many letters are in the alphabet? (not 26)

11

George, Helen, and Steve are drinking coffee.
Bert, Karen, and Dave are drinking soda.
Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

Re: Riddle Game!

She's drinking coffee. (And Wayne would be drinking soda, if he'd included himself.)

What do you say about a dead robot?

EDIT: Sorry, hipsterjr, wrong answer. (Well, not the one I was looking for.)
EDIT2: Richard got it.

Dead Robot? May it rust in pieces.

--------

Two went left, two went right, all went 'round, and none went far. What were they?

Re: Riddle Game!

I'm pretty sure the answer is wheels on a car. There are two on the left, two on the right. They move around in a circle, but even when they're moving they're attached to the car.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At a recent team meeting, a mother dropped by wanting to get her children involved in FIRST. I asked her how many kids she had.
"I have three children," she answered.
"How old are they?"
"Well, you get 72 when their ages are multiplied, but you get the number of people in this classroom when they are added."
"Hmm, I think I need to know a little more before I can tell their ages," I replied.
"Oh, of course. My oldest loves apple pie."
How old are the children?
3, 3 and 8 =]
by the second clue (apple pie ) you know the equation is x*x*y=72
and it only goes with 3 and 8.
First one posts a riddle, it's all his =]
Why doesn't 6,4,3 work?
---------
Oh, and I was thinking of a robot, not a car. Close enough. I was also thinking of omniwheels.
or 9, 4, 2? 17 seemed like a reasonable number for people in a classroom.
or even 9, 8 and 1? And how does the apple pie fit in anyway?
