Does anyone use Sharepoint?

My team tried using a wiki last season to keep everyone abreast of what was going on and what needed to be accomplished, but the freedom afforded by a wiki proved to be a bit too much to handle and things quickly became disorganized and messy.

This season, we've set up a Microsoft Sharepoint site and I was curious if any other teams -- or anyone at all, really -- had experience with Sharepoint and might offer some advice for how to best set things up. Screenshots, particularly, would be awesome.

Unfortunately I have never used Sharepoint, but being pretty well versed in Microsoft Technologies, it probably isn't too hard to configure. Our solution for content management was done via a CMS (Content Management System) called PHP-Fusion. This is an entirely web based 'program' that allows for groups to be made and for specific users to be able to do specific things (user rights management). All your server must have to support this is either Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, or any Linux Distro, (even mac may work) that is running preferably Apache with the PHP Mod and MySQL. You may view what we have done at www.team1676.com.

We're switching over to PHP-Fusion, and I already have experience with it, since my church's site uses the same thing. I would recommend it. Never used Sharepoint though. Don't recall even hearing about it before now. More info on PHP-Fusion: www.php-fusion.co.uk

We use SharePoint at work. I didn't set it up initially, but I do administer it. What type of questions do you have? Things tend to be buried deep in SharePoint and are much more complicated to set up than the normal user realizes.
