Re: 2007 NFL Pick-em: Week 7

Sunday
Tennessee at Houston
No VY, no way.
Tampa Bay at Detroit
The Bucs are hot right now. Arr.
Atlanta at New Orleans
Not quite the game it was last year, but it's still a W for the soon-to-be-streaking Saints.
Baltimore at Buffalo
Battle of the backups won by the home team
San Francisco at New York Giants
Not-Practico Burress lights 'em up
Arizona at Washington
WB = QB Zona = not
New England at Miami
It's all window dressing until they play the Colts.
Kansas City at Oakland
When in doubt, pick the home team
New York Jets at Cincinnati
Natti needs one.
Minnesota at Dallas
America's Team doesn't need luck for this one.
Chicago at Philadelphia
Stick a fork in Da Bears
St. Louis at Seattle
Even if all the hawks WRs drop passes, they'll still win.
Pittsburgh at Denver
Denver has been quite disappointing this year.

Monday
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
Colts are well-rested and healthy. Uh-oh, J-ville hits a buzzsaw.

Tampa Bay at Detroit
Leaning towards Detroit, but same as above.
Atlanta at New Orleans
Finally, the Saints stepped up.
Baltimore at Buffalo
Shut-out?
San Francisco at New York Giants
Giants with a monster D.
Arizona at Washington
If Washington's receivers step up, they'll win easily
New England at Miami
...
Kansas City at Oakland
Time for LJ to step up some more.
New York Jets at Cincinnati
No Rudi makes this closer than it should be.
Minnesota at Dallas
Vikings aren't good enough (on D and O) in the passing game to keep pace with the Cowboys.
Chicago at Philadelphia
Bears can't get it done on either side of the ball. Their done.
St. Louis at Seattle
Doesn't matter if Bulger's in or not.
Pittsburgh at Denver
Run Willie Run

Monday
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
Defensive struggle? Jags will try to play keep away. But the Colts are rested and ready.

Just from looking at my picks I have a strong feeling most of them will be wrong, but that's ok.

Did I mention I'm shooting for an all time low score of zero? :D
(or at least that's my excuse for when my picks are wrong) :D

Re: 2007 NFL Pick-em: Week 7

Sunday
Tennessee at Houston
as much as i dont like young, they wont win without him.
Tampa Bay at Detroit
this is going to be a bad game
Atlanta at New Orleans
they are finaly back
Baltimore at Buffalo
buffalo is having some difficulties on offence, so the better offence will win this defencive struggle
San Francisco at New York Giants
i think they have finaly found their groove
Arizona at Washington
this is going to be as bad as the TBv.det game
New England at Miami
hmmmm, i wonder........
Kansas City at Oakland
maybe they have found their groove, maybe they havent, but either way, they will beat oakland
New York Jets at Cincinnati
they are like michigan state, great offence, but no defence. cincinnati will win
Minnesota at Dallas
they will come back this week with a vengence
Chicago at Philadelphia
this is going to be a horrible game
St. Louis at Seattle
another bad game, but i will chose a team that actualy has a win
Pittsburgh at Denver
this game doesnt do anything for me. they are both decent this year, it should be a decent game, but big ben has something to prove this year.

Monday
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
this is going to be a better game then most people think. but indy will still win.

Re: 2007 NFL Pick-em: Week 7

Sunday
Tennessee at Houston
The Titans look good
Tampa Bay at Detroit
Tampa Bay looks strong, and Detroit has no defense at this point.
Atlanta at New Orleans
New Orleans at home against Atlanta, I like their chances
Baltimore at Buffalo
Baltimore somehow wins games with little offense but against Buffalo - its a win
San Francisco at New York Giants
The Giants are looking better and San Fran is looking worse
Arizona at Washington
Washington looks to be the 3rd best team in the NFC - good defense
New England at Miami
New England looks good, they wont be tested until they play teams like Indy or Pittsburgh (My team the steelers play them on my B-day Dec. 9th!)
Kansas City at Oakland
Believe it or not any of these teams can win the AFC West at this point.
New York Jets at Cincinnati
Cincinnati looks really bad and the Jets feel like they have something to prove
Minnesota at Dallas
Dallas is the best team in the NFC - but how about Adrian Peterson, if they win it will be because of him
Chicago at Philadelphia
Philadelphia has to start winning to keep up
St. Louis at Seattle
Something happened to Seattle, and St. Louis is hungry
Pittsburgh at Denver
Parker vs worse run D - do i have that right? This could be a Roethlisberger 20 or less pass day
Monday
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
Big test but I think Indy will prove it still should be considered the best team in the league.

With or Without VY, Titans still have a good run D and a good running game. Texans are still without Andre Johnson.
Note: the only team that the Texans have won against without Andre was the Miami Dolphins (0-6) and they're 0-2 vs. division opponents.
Tampa Bay at Detroit
Both are interesting teams. The Bucs D has returned and Mike Martz sure does help the passing game for the Lions. Both also have problems at Running back. The Bucs are injury-plagued and the Lions just don't run. But I've changed my mind, I think the Bucs D will be able to slow down the Lions passing attack enough to let Jeff Garcia win the game for them.
