CalGames *On-board* Match Videos from Team 766

For all those who don't remember, Team 766 recorded video from on-board our robot at the Davis Regional last spring. See this thread for the full explanation. Anyway, we still have the robot and we still have the camera, so we took videos again. The only difference is that this time (being slightly better prepared) we have a video from every single one of our matches. Here they are:

If you haven't seen one before, the robot perspective is a unique one, albeit a bit jittery at times. Check out the videos, especially if you were at CalGames and in one of our matches. We have footage of the following 23 robots: 100, 114, 115, 253, 254, 581, 604, 668, 675, 692, 701, 846, 852, 973, 980, 997, 1072, 1280, 1351, 1458, 1868, 2159, and 2204 (this means we don't have clips of 192, 256, 840, 1516, 2141, or 2144; sorry guys). To get specifically the clips with your robot, visit the following address, except replace "766" with your team number: http://www.vimeo.com/album/1090/search:766

Thanks to everyone who was at CalGames for making it a great competition! And in particular thank you to Team 100 for hosting and to Ken Leung, Ceal Craig, and all the WRRF folks who make this event possible.

Awesome!

Quarterfinals Match 3-1 was the best! The camera has a great shot of the keeper being placed on 997's flag :D

We replaced our CMU cam with a real camera for CalGames and got some videos with the robocam. The camera we use records to a memory card so we can watch the match on a computer just after it has been played.

We're thinking about mounting it on a tilting stand so that it can actually follow the motion of the arm/shooter/ect. next year.

I did like the video of our auto mode, we finished that up outside the morning of cal games :P

Thanks to 766 for taking this video and putting it up:D , no one really has an idea what it is like out there for the robots...
