Well Now that i Have approval here is my design

size 13x10x3ish
8 victors

The fuses are mounted up sided down this allows you to remove the fuses without bending or disconnecting any wires. It also has what i call the stupid act which means no one can drop something inside or cross anything with their hands allowing for a safer board. This board also is set up to have the victors blow air over the internals to keep them cooler and last longer.

note I'm aware that the distribution block has yet to be added but space is provided for it.

Nice design!

Would the two polycarbnate pieces be attached in any way, or is the top piece simply just lying on top? (resting on the fuses, I'm guessing) I would think it would be somewhat of a nuissance if the two pieces of polycarbonate were indeed screwed/attached together somehow, or else it wouldn't be easy access to get to the fuses OR the victors..

I can just imagine the mayhem of wires going through this baby. Beauuutiful :)

There would be 4 supporting pillars that would attach the two boards but i wanted to wait until i could import the distribution block in to inventor 7 to see their placement.
But your are right the wiring would be hard and require a day or two.

WOW, i look at all the designs and they are amazing. My boards don't look like that, don't get me wrong my boards look very very neats and everything is arranged in the optimal positions, but what you guys do is just artwork.

Originally i had the controller mounted above the fuses, but i took the controller off so it could be mounted separately. This would make it easier to change fuses and to wire neatly. I could always turn the board upside down and mount the controller on the bottom (which would then be the top)

Terribly overcramped, but that's a worse-case scenario with 10 victors. I think most teams could get away with 6ish victors depending on the manipulator. I never really thought about separating the RC from the rest of the Electronics board, that's not a bad idea considering 1885 is think up new frame concepts right now. The hardest part has always been the eBoard, battery & compressor mounts.
