Camera Autonomous Mode

We are trying to program the robot to go up to the light and stop while the camera is locked on.

After the camera locks on the robot goes forward and doesn't stop even if the camera is locked on or autonomous mode is off and the controller is set to disabled.

If that's what you meant, then there's a problem with something other than your programming.

Step one is to isolate the problem. Start with software that you know works, and see if the disable switch still fails to stop the robot.
