I just have to--

On the twelfth day of Christmas, the GDC gave to me:
Twelve hours of headache,
eleven motors a-turning,
ten hours of working,
nine rules changes,*
eight-hour work days,
seven too-short build days,
six crazy people,**
fiiive miiilllllion brain-hours!
Four small CIM motors,
three minute animation,
Two big tote boxes,
And a game for the '08 season!

*Please, no!
**the human robots of kickoff, who else

Hey, anyone want to get a choir together to sing this during the "wait for NH" phase of kickoff? Or maybe get the words projected onto the screen for a giant karioke?

All I know is that Ms. Piggy has been singing (I'm a generous soul) this in my head for several hours now. 'Five million brain-hours!!!' is loud, Kermit would cringe.

Great idea, Gary.

I asked one of our seniors to make a list of the decorations for us.
One of them, I've been waiting to see if any of your sharp eyes would comment on:
the tree skirt is on a mini robot sumo field. (if you ask questions about that, I'll have to get help.)

Dewalt drill parts (plastic casing, gears, etc.)
Brazed steel ball from Sci-Tech Game hung with fishing line
Chain with sprocket ornaments
Power button earring prototype (Made of Aluminum)
Resistors still capped on either end by paper packaging (used as garland)
Formica Capacitors still in packaging (used as garland)
Floppy discs circa 1980--Tape+Casing
Remains of LEGO USB casing

Edit: I asked about the mini robot sumo field and this is the info I got:
Mitchel - "This is the field we take to outreach events (e.g.SMART Camp) and whose paint scheme (black interior, white on the outer rim) is useful for teaching the basics of the LEGO light sensor. I say "mini" not because the robots which compete on it are mini, but because the larger version, used for Advanced Tech, is more along the lines of a 10 ft. diameter rather than say 2.5." ( I didn't get to attend the SMART camp because I was volunteering at an off season. The SMART camp was developed as the Eagle Scout project of one of our seniors.)

That's the ones I'm pretty sure of. If there's eight...
