Morgan looks...just fine.

I heard it's also a terror to fit into a car =]

Hey, Alexa, and Morgan, how about you deflate the ball a little bit before you try and move it =]

yeah, our prototyping meetings were going on in two different rooms, so we had to take a 'field trip' to do any real hands-on testing.

This reminds me so much of Violet from the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when she turns into a blueberry. We were able to get it though the doors at school without too much effort pushing though it.

That happened about five times today!

Each time gets funnier and funnier!

I think your gonna need a bigger door!

Re: pic: Oops

I just took took some pneumatic fittings from the KoP and a 1/4" NPT Quick Connect fitting, and used our workshop's compressed air supply to inflate the sphere. You can stick the 1/4" tubing from the KoP right into the hole on the ball to inflate it.

If you don't have a shop compressed air supply, take the output from the KoP compressor hooked up to the KoP tubing.

lol, the balls are 40" in diameter. Most doors have 36" opening. How many times can we inflate and deflate them before they brake?

Re: pic: Oops

how long did it take to in flate/deflate and will a constant flate/deflate damage the tracking ball(btw just realize the nerdy connection to a trackball mouse)

Re: pic: Oops

haha that happened to us too.

we inflated it outside and couldnt find a way to get inside...all the doors had the separators in between!

we ended up figuring out how to take off the separator then had to put it back on after

Hey um, by the way, when fully inflated does it really feel like it weighs 10 pounds?, thats what it says it should weigh in the manual.......
