DIRECTIONS FOR RESPONDING TO RULE QUESTIONS...
 
Please please please, when you respond to a question regarding rules, please do not post "I think ..." Or "Maybe...." PLEASE use quotes from the manual. Copy and paste the whole rule like this:

That's certainly rather important. At the very least, note what rules you're referring to. If it's a rule that's been quoted a few times in the thread already, though, feel free to link to a previous post or direct the readers attention there. No need for 20 identical rule quotes in a thread.

also before you ask a question make sure its not answered in the manual. i know some rules are sort of gray but most are pretty clear. sorry if this sounds harsh, its not meant to be, but please it will save everyone time in the long run.
