led flasher
 
hey guys i am just look throught the docs on line about the parts dose anyone know why they gave us an led flasher especially because there are still rules that you need the flag holder

It's a diagnostic light. It tells IFI what is wrong if anything. And it is a backup in case a flag goes flying in spite of all precautions.

It's a replacement for the signal light from last year. The Flasher was also used in 06. Very easy to use, just plug into the RC, rather than wire it yourself last year.

The worst part is that the plastic dome over the actual light broke off for us twice during the competitions last year.

just hook the new one up to the "team colour" pins on the RC, and IFI takes care of the rest. also, no coding required :)

Yes, I like these better than the lights from last year. They are just plug and play. The diagnostic was kind of neat though. But, we have tons of extra ones of these from previous years, so we may put several in visual range.

yeah these lights work a lot simpler
