MiniFRC 2008 - Play FRC with Vex Saturday Jan 12!
 

Team 40 proudly announces the 3rd annual MiniFRC competition happening this Saturday!

MiniFRC 2008 is FIRST Overdrive on a 1/3 scale - perfect for use with the Vex Robotics Design System. Test out your designs long before you have to ship - and see Overdrive played for the first time!

The Details:

Registration is FREE!

Feel free to use materials not included in the Vex kit.
The maximum robot dimensions are 10" x 13" x 20", and there is no weight limit.
The trackballs will be 13" 4-square balls used in the 2004 game. Here is an example.

When: 10 AM, Saturday Jan 12th. Matches will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Where: Intelitek, 444 East Industrial Park Drive Manchester, NH 03109
You must bring at least one Vex robot to attend the event. You can bring as many robots as you like!

Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm betting 190 will be there with a robot (or two) :) .
