FIX-IT WINDOWS in 2008
 

This year, teams are granted a total of 10 hours (post-ship week) and following regional competitions to make additional parts and develop software for the robot.

Unlike the last two years, the teams are free to allocate these 10 hours over the week. This provides teams with much more flexibility for involving mentors in the FIX-IT WINDOW sessions than did the two 5-hour session implementation.

Yes, with all the questions over rule interpretations, I forgot about this. A great improvement!

FIRST deserves a great big thank you for this change, as it allows team to use the 10 hours the best way they are able to.

Fantastic revision to everyones benefit.

Yeah - they did a survey and implemented one of our suggestions. I like it.
