Quote from Pele'

The two passions in my life are soccer and robotics.
On my desk is a little soccer ball carved out of stone that I was given as a coach.

On it are the words:

When you control the ball.... you control the game... --Pele

I would append it to say:

When you control the balls... you control the game...

words to live and design by...for Overdrive....

Let me counter that quote with another...

Quote:

If everything's under control, you're going too slow.
- Mario Andretti
I guess your quote is meant for the group going for ball handling in Overdrive, while mine is for the ones who are there to race around the track.

Who will be more sucessful in the end?

I guess only time will tell.

Re: Quote from Pele'

I would like to rekindle this thought after the first week....

Control of the trackball sure seemed to be pretty important in Oregon.

Personally I think that those who can handle the ball have the advantage if they can hurdle. Moving fast is just another advantage. *coughs* 1114 and 25 *coughs*
