2008 LED Flasher installation instructions?

Does anyone know where I might find some information on how to connect the LED flasher to the RC this year (2008)

I have been searching the documentation and can not find it anywhere.

The 2008 Tips and Guidelines RevB manual describes it and the link that it provides for installation information does not contain any info on it...

on your RC there are pins next to the PWM's that are labled "team color". just match the black on the cable with pin marked black. use the one labeled "1"

To the best of my knowledge all former Robot Controller, Operator Interface, Radio Modem plus other control parts documentation from 2007 is still current. It doesn't seem like they did any upgrades to the systems this year.
