This sorta reminds me of those UFO pictures. Can't wait to see what's projecting it up in the air.

Is that a new prototype or the one that we quickly put together last week?

I'm really curious...

Mainly, i'm wondering: Is it electric, spring operated, pneumatic, etc...

That's not the one we quickly put together last week.
This one is actually machined and made of metal (not wood) :ahh:

Sorry guys but Popo (brent) will not be posting the mechanism this early in the season, hate to be a funstealer but we'll probably release it around ship date so it doesn't get stolen.

But i guarantee that this was not thrown by human hands, the mechanism was being powered by a cordless drill that will be replaced by some kit motor.
and it'll have about a 3-4 second reload time

hmm some sort of build up speed and momentum device? a cordless drill did that?! good work guys!

Re: 1625 putting ball over the OVERPASS

its more of a build up tension device....

Re: 1625 putting ball over the OVERPASS

Sounds like it could be similar to a clay bird launcher, requires a lot of work to load, then released. It would work with a slow cocking time and a cammed release.
Definitely something I will be looking forward to seeing.

Well awesome then. It looks like I was a little too conservative on my calculations.
