error - language-plug-in exception...
 

I recieved this error and don't know what exactly it means. I am using the latest MPLAB and C18 and I am trying to compile an older version of our code, a year or two years old at the most. Note that I only got this error when trying to compile the older program, newer builds work just fine. I appreciate any help, the error reads as follows:

"A language-plugin exception occurred and was logged."

By the latest MPLAB and C18, do you mean the ones included in the CBOT CD or the ones available off microchip's website?

If it's the one on microchip's website then the two versions are incompatable and you'll need to downgrade to the CBOT CD to use the old code.
