What about 3 position Bimba cylinders, custom ordered?
There is no mention of not using 3 position cylinders.
R89 states: Any additional air cyl must source from Bimba or Parker, or recovered from prior year First Kit of Parts. Any!!
Ours are 2" Bore 12" stroke, 9" then 3" more for three positions....

Anyone?

Is it on the order sheet? If it isn't, don't even think of it. Or else petition FIRST to make them legal next year.

Eric is right. Take a look at the sentence immediately before the one you quoted.
