Programming the IR

Sorry if this question might have been asked before, but just for reference, what programming language do you use for the infrared Sensor?

I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to program the sensor itself, you normally just program the robot to react to the digital signals it outputs.

When someone refers to "programming" the IR sensor board, they're probably talking about teaching it to recognize signals. That's done by following the directions in the FIRST IR User Guide.
