Have you tried taking it over a 1/2 inch bump? The frame will make it over fine, but those motors look like they may have some trouble.

the wheels will hit before the motors will as far as I can tell

That is if you are going over perpindicularly to the bump it will be fine. If it goes where one wheel goes over before the other it will have wheels on either end of the bump, with the motors sitting on top of the bump. I dont know how far the motors are from the ground though. I just dont want you to get to the competition and realize you cant get over the bump.

Not if you are straddling the 1/2 the bump between the drive wheels. Our chassis height is adjustable from about .25" up to 1.00". The only issue is it is entirely below the bumpers. You may want to make provisions for a little more clearance if needed. A little larger diameter wheel will do it.

If this team lives up to what i have seen in the past it has been checked and will not get stuck.
