HELP WITH THE LED SIGNAL LIGHT
 

My team was wondering if the LED signal light was supposed to blink like the ones in previous years because ours is just a faint blue light.

Where do you have it connected? I seem to recall that when not otherwise instructed by the competition port interface, each of the four team color light positions you could use in results in a different output.

The LED connects to the pins on the robot controller unit where it says team color.
When we connected ours it blinked 3 different colors i think
