away around the USB chicklet for using USB Controllers

Hello everyone

I had an idea for Not have to buy the chicklet to use a 360 or any usb Controller.

What if you used a 15 pin addapet to usb (male) and then used a Female to Female Adaptor (type A) would that work or is the there a rule where we must use the chicklet?

Typical 15pin->USB converters simply lack the capability to turn a digital USB signal back into analog signals that the OI can understand.
The USB Chicklet is the only device that does that, as it acts as a USB host.

Also read <R105> and <R106>, the usb chicklet is the only device with exemption from the external power rule. You can however rewire the Xbox controller yourself to fit the joystick port.
