The one with the plain bore, because it'll be hex broached.

Oof, I wish. I had it all designed around hex, but my team decided I should change it back to the normal Keyway, so we didn't have to buy a broach... That wheel just hasn't been broached yet.

The one with the plain bore because it has stress reducing radii.

Exactly. We were going to have the wheels done exactly the way they were done last season, but our CNC guy suggested the radii, and I couldn't refuse...

What kind of machinist goes and gives himself more work by putting radii on things? ;)

I prefer to remove unnecessary radii to make my life easier when it comes to machining parts.

edi: my bad. Im talking about something else than you guys.

Ah. Well, Perry is a bit of a nut... But he does AMAZING work, so I won't complain. He was even going to engrave our team number into each spoke, but I talked him out of it to save him some time...
