We shave our mentors head if we had what we consider a successful competition. Two years ago, we even shaved our mentors moustache. He tried to keep us from doing it by giving the "I've had this moustache for 30 years" He even made a little poster showing all the phases of his moustache. It was really funny.

How about a neon blue? is that an option?
I think a crazy neon blue color would be unique most teams.
