2008 Fisher Price Motor difference

What is the difference between the 00968-9015 motors and the 00968-9012? We have a 9012 and a 9015 in our robot. Will this cause any type of difficulties? THis is from Team 2171.

Yes. You won't pass inspection if you are using a motor that didn't come in the Kit of Parts, so you'll need to replace the 9012 with a 9015.

Wait one second. What we really need to know is wether there is any difference in RPMs, torque, etc. Thank you for the support.

Unless you are pushing the fisher price to it's very limit, you shouldn't see any difference. If anything the 9015 should be a little faster and stronger.

Here is the motor curve for the 9015 motor.
