Segway during the super bowl

Did anyone else notice the segway tour during the Coke ad during the super bowl? I wonder if the championships being in Atlanta had anything to do with that.

I saw it all right. Quite an interesting connection, though--politicians, Segways, Coke, Super Bowl.

I also saw the one the Mythbusters had on Wednesday...

A bunch of the mentors from my team had a Super Bowl party last night, and when the Segways came up in that ad, we all burst out laughing.

If you are referring to the shot with Terry Bradshaw et al riding Segways in front of the White House, that is a pretty common sight around here (well, except for the Terry Bradshaw part). There are at least two local companies in Washington that offer "Segway tours of the Nation's Capital." We see them wandering around downtown D.C. all the time.

When I saw that at our building's party, I just started laughing aloud. (Most residents write that off as me being the nerd-in-residence.)
