80 Inch Cylinder Question

Does the 80 Inch Cylinder that your robot has to fit in while playing include the robots bumpers?

As mentioned in may other threads the 80" cylinder is an example the rule only requires all horizontal measurements be less than 80".

Having said that, the bumpers do count in this measurement.
