Master code?

I've heard that there is a master code some where, for FRC easyC pro, just like in the TEC competition, but i haven't been able to find it anywhere on the web site. Does anyone know where such a thing is, or if it does indeed exist?

The RC comes with V15 of the master code preloaded no update is needed.
