How big is our decals supposed to be?

I dont know how big our decals are supposed to be.

You know, the team numbers and our sponsors.
How big are those stickers supposed to be?

Rules <R14> and <R15> are the only rules governing what is required with respect to team numbers and sponsor logos.

Section 8 of the manual... all of the rules with respect to the design of your robot are in there.
