The content layout and navigation is virtually an exact copy of 368, the championship team from last year. However, considering that there layout is a very smart approach, I can't flame you for using it. :D

The second Hilo High Robotics club banner on the portal overflows in Firefox.
But other than that I really like your design.
Could strive for a little bit more consistency between what the FIRST section (http://first.hilohighrobotics.com/) and the home page (http://www.hilohighrobotics.com/home.php) look like.
