Looks like another quality robot from 33 I really like the collapsible gripper it looks like you made big improvements from video 1-2 are you going to be able to eliminate the return so it doesn't catch on the bar? Maybe a mass dampener of some sort or just added rigidity?

Yeah, we fixed that just after the video was shot.

Nice can't wait to see it in ATL.

/Edit Watching those video's again, when your gripper collapses backwards how close are you to breaking the 80" rule R16 Because it looks like that part is at least the diameter of the ball? If its sticking 40" behind a 38" Robot at that width it would violate this rule.. Tho I have absolutely no clue what the dims of your bot are, just a thought to double check.

Probably the best approach to the game I've seen yet. Very nice work.

The hurdle in the second video doesn't look like it would count because it hit your robot before it touched the ground on the other side of the overpass... You could probably stop that by just moving slower when you are hurdling.

But, other than that, that looks like an awesome and fast machine!

Those hurdles were done in low gear. We are developing a kicker plate to help eject the ball.

Nice, can you send me some details of how the forklift works because we need something for an offseason project in order to teach freshman. We went with an arm this year. At full speed it pops a wheely

Yeah it's just under the 80 inch rule, it's close but it doesn't go over. And after running it for most of the day saturday we added some wedges under the roller to help stop the claw from getting jammed under the overpass, so far so good
