Add some bumps to the lower base and you'll have yourself a Dalek :D

Oh and you'll need a little cannon too of course!

Very interesting design. Paint it orange and make the bumpers black and you'll have the world's most maneuverable traffic cone.

That's got to be a hassle to get on and off
