While I would defer to michellelee's kind offer above to contact her about transportation, here is another option if you can't work out something with her.

GRTA (see upper right area of System Map) offers bus service from some of the MARTA rail stations to Discover Mills . As stated earlier here, the MARTA rail does not go very close to Discover Mills.

Discover Mills is also home to Jillian's which is where the Peachtree Regional holds the teams social on Friday night (March 14th this year).
