It's a bit disingenuous to call this award "FIRST Teacher of the Year," isn't it?

Re: FIRST Teacher of the Year Award (Michigan FRC Teams)
This is awesome, and much deserved recognition for Mike.
I got the chance to work with some of the students on team 47 this year at the Michigan rookie event. Their respect and adoration for Mr. Martus is unequaled. They go to school in a tough environment, and Mike Martus is their oasis of security, hope, and inspiration. Mike... you inspire us all. Andy Baker |
