Hah, I'm glad to see Copiolo saw the light with the push-ups! :D

I've just got my ten from the Semi-Finals in St. Louis for counter-clockwise...We'll see how I do at Bayou.

Re: are you penaltyless?

1806 has had 0 penalties. Hopefully we can keep it like that threw this week.

But, our match loses have occurred because of other team's penalties.

I've had 3 G22 penalties unfortunately. The end of that field is as bad as everyone says it is, so I slipped over a little bit. Oh well, we make mistakes, we move on.

Same thing for 1135, two in one match's hybrid. 3-4 total, all <G22>. Though we did use the E-stop a bit... not due to tipping, though.

2207 has not had any penaltys but that is because we havn't competed yet. I will report back when I do know.(When we were practicing driving beforehand though one of our drivers drove the robot all the way around the track the wrong way, went through the middle diveder(which was invisible and marked by trash cans and humans). He is not our driver!!)

we have 2 G22 penalties... but one our autonomous went crazy, and the other, none of the drive team even saw, but everyone in the stands said they saw it; so i belive them:cool:

We had the same wheel bending problems. We got a penalty right away because at the beginning of the match I pushed forwards, but it really went left, backwards over the line. I think That was the only penalty we've had at our 2 regionals. Were you guys using coolie doolie wheels, because thats what bent for us, so we replaced them for this weekend.

1379 has no penalties through the eliminations and quarterfinals at Peachtree. Our hybrid rammed the wall a few times, but fortunately damage to your own robot doesn't count. As a programmer, my team wasn't very happy with me after that match. :p
We're hoping for another penalty-free regional at Bayou this weekend, and hopefully the new hybrid code won't hurt anything.

Hehe, we somehow managed to get only one penalty for two regionals. And it wasn't a G22...=]

Yes, we were! Those wheels were horrible! We replaced them with the AndyMark plastic omni wheels for our second regional and did not have a single problem at Davis.

And to continue the thread, we were penalty free at Davis... despite being the only robot to earn a yellow card at the regional. :ahh: (High speed ramming in autonomous doesn't go over well with the refs. Our driver was much more careful than our programmer (me).)

We had the same problem at Chesapeake! Needless to say, that code was immediately scrapped and the old code reused.

Regarding penalties, I believe that 1629 had 2 at Chesapeake, but I don't know about Buckeye. 1 for entanglement and 1 for <G22>.

1246 Waterloo record:

We had one hurdler interference penalty but I'm sure the video will show we barely touched them. I think 188 happened to lose control of the track ball while we were going past, so the ref called it.

Zero R22 line penalties, the mechanum wheels let us strafe safely out of any tight spots.
