I'm filling out Forms SS-4 and 1023 for the new team. For years I've been application-challenged, and just looking at the 1023 is very deterring. Anyway, I'd like some help with a few things, wondering if anybody would like to help me out. Please. I'm begging you. I have yet to attempt this daunting task - I've been told it's best to try to get a tax expert to help.

I know that there are some teams that have created 501 (c)(3) organizations for their robotics programs. Perhaps they'll chime in and we can both learn from them!
