Quadruped Video

A mentor at the Boston Regional passed this along and I thought that some of our budding scientists out there might like a peak into emerging technology.

Check out the video at http://www.physorg.com/news125813276.html. I was particularly amazed at it's ability to survive a slip on a patch of ice...

Re: Quadruped Video

Wow!

I was amazed by the huge kick. I can't think of any animal you could kick so hard and wouldn't fall over!

(I have the impression that quadruped animals normally do not have such "right/left" freedom in their joints so they could not spread their legs wide enough and fast enough to re-balance themselves...)

Thanks for the video!
