2008 Sussex Hamilton/Chargers Robotics Invitational
 

Hello all,

Team 537 Charger Robotics is happy to announce our first annual off-season event. It will be held at Hamilton/Sussex High School (near Milwaukee Wisconsin) on May 17th & 18th. All teams are welcome, please PM me or post a reply if your team is interested in coming with your contact information. We will post further details through this thread and assemble a mailing list for interested teams.

Contact information and volunteer sign up is now available through www.team537.com. Volunteers are still needed for skilled positions such as reffing and inspection, as well as many other spots. We can never have to much help!

^_^ I'm glad to see that we still get to go to Sussex as it was canceled due to rain in the pre-season. Team 1675 will be there! (Look for the girl in the gold cape :P )

I think that we've been planning on coming to this event ever since it was snowed in at the pre-shipping date. And wow, two days of more robotics fun!

I'm with Andy on this one. I am hoping to convince the rest of our team to go. I on the other hand will not be able to make it.:( I will be in a wedding that weekend and I doubt I can get out of it.

Do you know when things will occur on Sunday? I would be willing to help (particularly refereeing) if I were able to start after about 12:30 on Sunday (I could be there all day Saturday).

Team 1091 will also be attending the Invitational. We are looking for a globe motor if anyone has one they could spare.

I have tried in vain to order one for the team, and can't find one.
