1024 was also asked to be there, but also had to decline due to our flight's departure time. :(

Pretty Pleeeease Andy can you consider doing it at IRI? :o

I second that! We were invited but logistics got in the way.

I'm quite suprised that I hadn't heard about this, at 19ft/s I would think that our robot would have been invited. What was the speed of the winner?

102 is geared for 27 fps, but also has enough torque to have their very light bot accelerate very quickly on that pavement.

seems like dean is starting to have a bit more fun now. Between joking around in speeches, being on Colbert numerous times, and this, it's showing more of a fun side of him.
