Re: **FIRST EMAIL**/Future of FRC Additional Information
I'll try to record it and post it soon as I can so we don't have to wait until those who are at the event to report about it.
...It's NASA, so I'm allowed doing that, right? Works of a government agency are public domain, right? Edit: never mind, they're posting videos at noon. |
Re: **FIRST EMAIL**/Future of FRC Additional Information
Has anyone seen a download link to the announcement or training sessions yet? I am doing my best to be patient, but I feel like a Kid in a Candy Store.

The WPI FIRST Resource Center is currently still in its initial beta stages and has plans to become quote a massive repository of FIRST resources and information. As such, it seems like the resources that were supposed to be on this page haven't been uploaded/linked to yet. But I was able to find (what I think you are looking for) on the NI website. http://www.ni.com/swf/demos/us/crio/outofbox/ http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/2856 |

Again, I am just very excited at the future possibilities and want to start learning everything NOW! :p Quote:
Let me explain what my presumptive mind "thinks" I should be finding based on this statement in the e-mail: Quote:
In my mind, it says that video presentations of the two different training sessions would be available along with the video of the announcement and demonstrations. That is what I have assumed would be there, and so far, that is not the case. Luckily, I have found the 30 day trial version of LABView and 11 tutorial practice modules. For now, I have enough to get started learning. ;) (You see, I have never used LABView, even though it was one of the resources given to us in the KOP for the last couple of years, silly me!) |
Re: **FIRST EMAIL**/Future of FRC Additional Information
Agree Bilbo - I've been looking for the videos since Friday as well. I suppose they're all busy with championships. I hope they get them up soon!
