Wow, that is just an amazing thing for such a young team, or any team for that matter, to do. I smell a chairman's award in 2669's very near future. That is just awesome.

As a team mentor, I have to emphasize that we are not doing this to win an award.
Actually we showed this achievement for the rookie all star award and came up with rookie inspiration.
It was just then that we realized, despite the disappointment, that a trophy and shopping in the duty free means less than seeing a smile on a face of a disabled kid!

Not doing it for an award is the best part. Your team "got it" their first year, you should be proud as hell for that.
