Our first robot has been on several "missions", and seems to be working pretty well. The second one needs the electronics installed and hopefully it will be in the water tomorrow, and we can get some two-robot action! Should be fun, keeping track of the tethers, etc. Found a 4 video channel/one audio channel video capture USB device that seems to work ok to show the video of 4 cameras at once on a laptop, it even records to the hard drive. Although we have only used it with one camera at a time so far.

Also figured out how to make a single bright LED flood a large area...we just put a cone of paper in the reflector of a Mag light. It's amazing how well it works under water.

Every thing sounds good but everytime we used a laptop as a montior, it had a 1 to 2 second lagg. But maybe your running a faster system? Good luck and cant wait to see you at NURC!

Great light solution!
