Last Day
WOOO!!! Today was our last day and I'm officially a sophomore. Maybe not officially, but in my head at least. I aways hear our town gets out really late. When did you guys get out this year?

I got out June 6 this year. It was supposed to be June 5, but we had 6 snow days, and only 5 are allowed before makeup days kick in...
I can't fathom getting out that late; what time does school start for you / how long are your breaks? |

I get out tomorrow, we actually start in very late august, but get a week off in December, February, and april, plus assorted 1-3 day breaks.

We got in on August 30th.
We had from Decmber 24th to January 1st off. A week off for winter vacation. A week off for spring vacation. 7 days off for other holidays. |

My last day of classes was April 28; May 9 was my commencement. My degree posted to my academic record a couple of weeks after. I still don't have my actual diploma (and won't for some time--I think they have to grow the trees first).

Last final May 8th. Last day of finals week May 9th. I've only found two other college students in my area who are anywhere near close--one before then, one that week. |

I got out Friday the 13th, too. Yesterday was technically the last day of school, but since I didn't have an exam that day, I got to get out early :). I'm officially a junior!
This was possibly the earliest my school has ever gotten out in, ever. We had a total of one snow day this year (an unbelievably low number here in CT). |

It is kind of hard to give an accurate day for when we got out. The last day of school is an exam makeup day that basically nobody goes to. Exams started on June 2, which meant that June 1 could very well be the last day of school for someone if he/she was exempt from all of his/her exams. Graduation was June 9. For most people though, the last day of school was June 5 (the exam exemption policy only applied to seniors).

Our last day of classes was June 15th, graduation was June 21st, and last day of finals is June 23rd...
We had quite a few snow days. Record snow fall in over 100 years. |
