I give a random team in place of the no show. Depending on how thorough I'm in the mood for, it could be the next team on the official random list or simply a team from the list, provided they're showing up. What the team is won't be announced, but they will be bolded on the spreadsheet, which again will show up sometime either tomorrow or Tuesday, with Tuesday more likely due to homework.

I have also added them to the team scoring sheet and was just coming here to post that it has been updated. I'm on Spring Break so the sheet will probably be updated with Israel shortly after results are posted for that event.

Nice work tracking me down Barry, I knew I hadn't built up nearly enough of a lead to feel safe. These MI events are killing me, hopefully I can get some points back there next week with 65,66 and 201 at Detroit and 67 over at Lansing.

I guess it's time to remind you of this to remind you that yes, you are (for the moment) still the standard...:P

Oh man... I knew that Tottanka was coming up and would pass me, but you Jack. I didn't think it would happen. Let's see how the next week plays out. I have a Strong alliance in Philly... I am expecting at least two champions to come out of my three teams.

With that... Has anyone ever selected the entire winning alliance?

No better than 2/3, at least during the Season Long events. The real trick is to get the RCA/regional winner, plus another regional winner, and have a regional finalist, and that might have happened once.

Yep, I managed that for DC with 234, 45 and 118. This alliance did take an incredible amount of luck to assemble however.

Locking notice

I guess it's that time of week again...

Consider Week 4 locked for trading. At this point, only random teams will be assigned for any Week 4 events (and Israel).

And for Week 5 the following should probably trade some teams:
SamC (formerly SamSofa330), GTR 1st
rocketperson44, Vegas 1st
NickE, Palmetto 1st
Michelle Celio, Palmetto 1st
Liz Smith, Lone Star 1st
Indysam, Palmetto 2nd
340x4xLife, Lone Star 1st
Nawaid Ladak, Palmetto 1st

As a reminder, the MI State Championship draft will be the Wednesday before Week 6, and drafts will lock shortly after it finishes.

I've got Israel teams scored up for the robot stuff, once the awards get posted either on FIRST's site or CD I can get the sheet updated.

Tottanka 20-03-2009 08:42

Re: [FF]: 2009 Season Long FF

The awards are now up...

EricH 21-03-2009 02:35

Re: [FF]: 2009 Season Long FF

Israel has been scored; the scores will be with the sheet.

However, Barry didn't build up a big enough lead; the top 5 are now:

Vikesrock, 1761
Barry, 1729
Tottanka, 1641
Jack, 1514
Alex, 1375

Tottanka's home-field advantage paid off this year, as he got the second-highest score for Israel... (Last year, it didn't.)
