Cheap 2008 Academic pricing
 

Came across this site with 13 month academic pricing for 3ds max 2008 for $42.95. It isn't the latest version, but it's a nice price. I haven't used this site before, so I can't vouch for it, but I did place an order today.

If anyone can find an online store with an educational (or other type of huge blowout discount) that sells plotters (CAD, Graphic-Arts type - D-Size paper at least) please let me know!

Getting a full size plotter has been on my wish list just about since I started learning CAD back in the day (1998) :)

Sorry, but just got an email from the company saying that they are out of the software (although I had called them prior to ordering.)

We will likely get 5 copies of the new 3ds max version if they continue to do the same as they have in the past. However, animation has become a popular subteam :) and we have over 10 students that have routinely been coming to the animation classes this sumer. So, always looking for a good deal on the software.

ps. no ideas for the plotter, but if you come up with any, please let me know also.
