Possible Carbonite special for FIRSTers

I'm wondering how many people would be interested in a discount subscription to Carbonite's service (www.carbonite.com). I'm talking with the company currently and working on trying to get a number of things out of them for FIRSTers.

[Off Topic] I know a few people who could use the "Han Solo Carbonite Special".... [/Off Topic]

Seriously - I've never heard of this service/company before so that's the first thing that came to mind when I saw the thread title....

Also your link is a bit messed up - here's a good link - www.carbonite.com.

I would not pay for it at the price they advertise on the site, but with a deep discount, I might.

The only advantage I can see to Carbonite over Time Machine is the use of off-site storage (well, that and the avoidance of the nasty upgrade Apple made which rendered some Time Machine partitions useless, and yes, I use a Mac and Time Machine as well). While true that this is probably more focused towards business's, I do know a number of customers lately have been thankful due to the stormy weather the southern part of the US has been experiencing. Just my 2 cents.
