Greetings CD community!

I'm putting together a proposal for FIRST Robotics Canada's alumni operations for the 2008-2009 season, and need help from the CD community for input.

I'm starting by creating a list of anything and everything FIRST alumni would like to see - directly FIRST related or not. Here are a few items to get the list started, but please feel free to add your own items, and/or share your opinions.

- contact list: names, address, team #(s), years of participation, e-mail, role
- newsletter
- social events: BBQ, cafe meet-ups, reunions, go-karting, laser-tag, paintball
- rec sports teams: softball, ultimate, golf tournaments
- a way to directly sponsor old team as an individual, complete w/ tax deductions (centralizing individual sponsorships through regional FIRSTm forwarded to specific team)(via PayPal even?)
- setting up an alumni funded scholarship for FIRST students at your old school
- mentorship opportunities
