Rack and Roll PC Strategy Game

I was wondering if anybody out there knows where I could get the installer for the Rack and Roll PC strategy game that was available for download a few years ago?

I am looking to use it to train some people on some past strategies.

Well we can look for the file in the archive of chiefdelphi.
There's another option - I still have the strategy program my team was using back then on my computer. I can upload it if you like me to.
