Re: an unusual observation
It sense a growing trend that many think that the game this year will in some way involve stairs or climbing. I have seen some climber designs floating around and have been guilty myself of discussing possible designs focused around stairs.
I think it is one of the most realistic possibilities. |
Re: an unusual observation
Since I was a seven I've thought about how to design a forklift that could climb stairs yet still travel on level ground.
I suppose, to encourage very different designs, there could be a long spiral staircase with even steps, and a shorter, (somewhat) straighter one with varying step length. For 2010, something requiring shock absorbtion would be fun (perhaps jumping robots?)! |

Re: an unusual observation
Actually, just look in the General Forum http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16
I suppose they're not really rumors if they're official. |
Re: an unusual observation
I think they should make the playing field a swimming pool filled with non-neutonian liquid.
