Anyone know the exact spacing? Is it 10x10 or smaller?

You're all gonna get a taste of Canada there this year.

Team 1006 will be there.

Should definitely be at least 10x10. They are pretty good sized, but the layout gets hectic with the way it works. Aisles aren't all that wide, and there's a lot of people around.

MORT is ready as we'll ever be. Just hope its good enough to finally take the NJ title home. Winning our home regional for the first time would be a huge moment of success. Our robot, I'll admit, is mediocre and will be bested by many bots in ball capacity. Our strategies and drivers on the other hand should fair well amongst the other teams.

Just 10 days and bam, Lunacy will begin. I have seen the game played a few times and it is surprisingly exciting. I am excited now to see the outcome.

Few specific teams I want to get to know better: 303, 103, 102, 25, 75, 41, 816, 1403, 2753, 1279, and 1089. To the first 6 listed, MORT has lost our ways in communicating with our fellow veteran teams in the past and have built up a detrimental reputation and team aura, we are determined to change that. The change began for our team over the course of this summer and build season but we want to see the change come to full fruition at Trenton in those precious 3 days and continue for the rest of our team's existence. Younger teams may not understand what I'm talking about but I'm certain the mentors and members of those 6 teams do. MORT will be willing and ready to work with teams at Trenton with a positive and cooperative attitude and I hope that we all can share a mutual respect for one another this year. I say unto you all, best of luck and I, and MORT, will see you there with a heart to win this regional for the first time ever. Good night and may you have a pleasant ship day.

I think I can speak for 303 in saying you guys have been one of the most helpful teams towards us this build season and we are looking forward to seeing you guys at trenton. As always we will be going into trenton with our eyes on the prize and a strong will to win :)

As a vet team we know what you mean and we're excited for the future between the teams you've listed, all which have extreme talent and potential, good luck at trenton and may the best teams win!

ZOMG A BEAR!!! I don't know just figured I would start it out the right way you know. I am pretty hype for Jersey this year. Wanna try to meet some new people. Make new friends. Play good matches. Win some matches. Win the regional. Keep making like three word sentences.

I'm resting up for what should be an awesome time at NJ...just figured I'd give a couple pointers for all attending:

1) It WILL be cold. All teams are playing on Regolith, but only a select few can say that they play on an ice rink. As a result, the arena tends to get chilly, so come prepared. You can always take off extra layers later in the day if you get hot, but you can't magically make clothes if you're too cold.

2) Like many people said before, the pits can get a bit hectic. We have more than 60 teams confined to a rather small space. Please exhibit proper safety so the EMT's won't have that much to do.

3) If you have any problems/questions about the venues please ask a volunteer. They are there to help (as long as you do so in a respectful manner).

4) Please remember that the volunteers are just that, volunteers. These people put in approximately 50 hours of work minimum over the 4 day competition. (You're only there 3, but we're there a day early to set it up.)

I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting, so If I remember I'll post them in the days ahead.

Everyone rest up, bring your GP, and get ready for a party!

PS: Danny, you still owe me a 816 shirt from last year :)

Hmmmm and remember whenever your team is out on the field, cheer loud and cheer proud. Nothing makes me more bummed out then when we go out for a match and the team is just in stands and not cheering. So then I yel at them(in a nice manner of course) and tell them to cheer. I love hearing cheers from the crowd makes me fall all tingly inside ;).
