558 Friendly's Family Fun Night -- Nov. 4
 

Team 558, the Elm City Robo Squad, cordially invites any and all nearby interested FIRSTers to its first fundraiser of the 2009 competition season --a Friendly's Family Fun night at the East Haven, CT Friendly's (Frontage Rd., just off exit 51 of I-95) on Nov. 4, 2009, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Come see the team's 2008 bot, meet team members, and be waited on by some of Hill Regional Career High School's finest teachers! All tips to your waitstaff/teachers will be donated directly to the Robo Sqaud, and the team also receives a portion of the restaurant's proceeds during the 3-hour event. We hope to see some of you there!:D

Sweet! I work about 10 minutes from there over in New Haven.

Gee, Elgin, if I had known you worked in New Haven I would have tried to suck you into mentoring for the Robo Squad in addition to 237 long ago LOL!! Looking forward to meeting you on Nov. 4.

Well, CT is a bit out of my way :p lol. But if it is in 2009, I should make an effort to make a road trip :p
